All trims are cut, wrapped and hand labeled with the length, size and color unless the description indicates that it is a full spool/roll.

Missing Product In Your Order
If you receive a package that has an item missing, please contact me within 1 week (7days). I try not to make mistakes, but it is always possible.
Note: Anything over 7 days will not be refunded or sent to you.
Lost packages:
I am not responsible for losses by the post office. I will try to help you track your packages, but I do not give full refunds on shipments. I look at each transaction separately, and will try to work with you to resolve the issue.
Please note: when a package is late or you aren't seeing tracking updates, please file a claim with the post office right away. You can call or fill out a form online. This has made packages start moving right away. All of the information that you need should be on your invoice/order.
